3.1 Deposit Conditions
- The account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

04 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at cbd44 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The bonus is not withdrawable until the wagering requirement has been met.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

4.3 General Bonus Terms

- Bonuses cannot be transferred from one bonus account to another.
- Any attempt to exploit bonuses through bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or game manipulation will result in the bonus being forfeited and the account may be terminated.

- Members of the same household or multiple users from the same IP address may not claim the same bonus more than once.
4.4 VIP Program
The cbd44 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players can move up to higher tiers through regular play. Each tier offers a weekly cashback:
- Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

05 Gaming Rules
5.1 Fair Play Policy

If a sporting event is held with a significant delay from the scheduled time or at a different venue, cbd44 may cancel those bets and return the original amount. The specific circumstances will be assessed at cbd44's discretion.
6.3 Live Betting
Odds in live betting can change rapidly. cbd44 reserves the right to change odds even after they have been displayed, if the odds were shown incorrectly due to a technical error or obvious mistake.
07 Restrictions & Account Termination
cbd44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate an account without notice under any of the following circumstances:
- Registering with false or misleading information
- Being a minor or operating an account on behalf of a minor
- Violating any provision of these terms and conditions
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Creating multiple accounts
- Misconduct toward other users or cbd44 staff
- Abuse of the system or bonuses
In the case of account cancellation, if the account is closed due to a violation of the terms and conditions, the balance may not be refunded. However, for cancellations due to general reasons, any eligible balance will be returned.
